Cancellation of subscriptions
Do I get a refund if I cancel?
A refund depends on when you cancel and the type of subscription you purchased. For all paid plans, you get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase and a minimum of 85% of your credits remain unused.
If you have used more than 15% of your allocated credits within the 14-day period, you may be eligible for a partial refund proportional to the remaining unused credits, or you may be charged for the used credits based on our standard per-credit rate.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL AFTER 14 DAYS?
If you purchased directly from Lucille and canceled more than 14 days after your initial purchase, your payment is non-refundable and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Creator Plan (Annual, billed monthly): After 14 days, a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining balance of your contract obligation may apply. Your service will continue until the end of that month's billing period.
- Creator Plan (Annual, prepaid): After 14 days, your payment is non-refundable, and your service will continue until the end of your contracted term.
- Creator Plan (Monthly): After 14 days, your payment is non-refundable, and your service will continue until the end of that month's billing period.
- Agency Plan: After 14 days, your payment is non-refundable, and your service will continue until the end of your contracted term.
If you purchased your Lucille subscription through a third-party reseller or mobile app store, the third-party reseller or mobile app store terms will apply.
What happens to my content and credits if I cancel?
If you decide to cancel your paid subscription, you will lose access to premium features and services included in your paid Lucille subscription, and your account will be converted to a Free plan.
A Free plan lets you continue to access your previously created content and analytics for 30 days after cancellation. Any unused credits will expire immediately upon cancellation.
Content that has already been published to your connected social media accounts will remain published, but you will no longer be able to manage them through Lucille.
Special Circumstances
In certain cases, we may consider refunds outside of the standard policy:
- Technical issues that severely impact service delivery and cannot be resolved by our support team
- Service unavailability for extended periods (more than 24 consecutive hours)
- Major changes to service features that significantly impact your ability to use the platform as intended
